All Products are subject to availability.


Prices appearing on this Website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates.

The cost of Your Order will be the price of the Products ordered plus the appropriate delivery charge outlined in the “Delivery Services” section of Our Delivery and Returns Policy.

Due to circumstances beyond Our control, prices may have to be altered, including as a result of any variations in the rate of GST. If this occurs, You will be notified and requested to confirm Your Order at the altered price.

Placing an Order

All Orders are subject to acceptance by Us and are subject to availability. After placing an Order, You will receive an email from Us acknowledging that We have received Your Order. Please note that this does not mean that Your Order has been accepted.

Your Order constitutes an offer to Us to buy a Product. All Orders are subject to acceptance by Us and are confirmed only when dispatched or when You are notified that the Products You have ordered are available for pick up. Once Your Order has been accepted by Us, a Contract is formed between You and Us.

Risk and title to the Products You have ordered passes to You upon delivery or collection, as applicable, of the Products and payment of the purchase price.

Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of Our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside Our reasonable control (‘Force Majeure Event’).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond Our reasonable control and includes, in particular (without limitation) the following:-
a) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under the Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and We will have an extension of time for performance during that period. We will use Our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which Our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.


All notices given by You to Us shall be in writing to Our address set out in these Terms of Trade.

We may give notice to You at either the email or postal address You provided to Us when placing the Order.

Notice will be deemed received and properly served:-
(a) immediately when posted on the Website;
(b) twenty-four (24) hours after an email is sent provided that such email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee, or
(c) three (3) days after the date of posting any letter provided that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post.


If any part of these Terms of Trade or a Contract is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the invalid or unenforceable wording shall be deemed to be omitted, and the rest of the Terms of Trade or provisions in the Contract shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

Each Contract shall be governed by these Terms of Trade which contain the entire agreement between You and Us in respect of Your Online Purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order’s been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us. The email will contain a your order number number from which you can follow the progress of your delivery on email and by calling our hotline.

Delivery Locations

Products can only be delivered within Australia.

Our carriers will not be able to deliver to certain locations including Airports, Hospitals and Prisons. We also reserve the right to stop any delivery to any addresses which in our estimation is considered to be insecure.

Lost Parcels

We will begin Our missing parcels procedure if your Order fails to arrive within 10 days of dispatch and You notify Us in writing. We will investigate Your claim and, if We are satisfied that the non-arrival of the Product(s) was attributable to Us, then a refund will be credited to the credit card which was used to place the Order.
